Banana “Ice Cream”

Hi folks. It is no surprise that I like to incorporate bananas into my diet on a very regular basis. But sometimes bananas can be tricky.  Sometimes even when you bring them home green they ripen at hyperspeed. So here is a way to make the most of them.
When they are getting ripe, before they get too ripe- freeze them!
Cut them up and put them in a freezer bag for smoothie making or…an ice cream treat. 🙂
I used about 2 frozen bananas and 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla  almond milk. (More or less as needed ) Put them in the blender and got a soft serve banana ice cream. Add cinnamon,  nuts, fruit, coconut. ..anything you like.
