Cheddar “chips”

I love cheese. And thought I would try out a Pinterest recipe. It’s so simple, and these crunchy treats taste like Cheez-it crackers.
Preheat to 350°
Put a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet
Make small mounds of shredded cheddar on the parchment, spacing out so they have room to expand.
I topped mine with a little salt and pepper, but you can add any dry herb or spice if you want a different flavor.
Bake for 8-12 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes on paper towels.
Bag or put in air right container.
