Low Glycemic Index Diet

Moving on to the next attempt to healing my guts and promoting good health. I plan on following a low glycemic diet.  Basically,  low carb and low sugar. This seems to be something that will fulfill my health and craving needs so I don’t fall off the wagon. I’ll start posting the recipes I try out as well for those of you following along at home. 🙂
If you are interested in starting this plan too, Pinterest has been a great help. You can also do a search engine search for low glycemic recipes, low carb, low sugar, and South Beach Diet recipes.  All of these should fall in line with low glycemic. You can also research the low glycemic index and avoid any foods over 55.
