Metabolic detox Day 1: Dinner

Chicken rice bowl and spiced peaches.

Sugar free peach slices sprinkled with cinnamon.
White rice,  cooked
Hormone & antibiotic free, cage free chicken breast cubed. Cook stove top in coconut oil. Seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper, and lemon pepper Mrs. Dash.
Layer rice,  then chicken
Top with torn cilantro and guacamole.
