Chamomile mint herbal tea sweetened with Stevia
1/2 c quinoa, rinsed
1/2 c coconut water
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 c golden raisins
1 /4 c dried cranberries
Pumpkin pie spice to taste
Add liquid and rinsed quinoa to pot. Bring to a boil.
Add dried fruit and simmer 20-25 minutes until almost all liquid is absorbed.
Add several dashes of pumpkin pie spice and mix.
