I accidentally made the most delicious dinner. And then made dinner bowls out of it.
Base: white rice
Topped with: Creamed broccoli.
Prepare frozen broccoli on stove top as directed, but leave on a little longer.
Drain off any excess water.
Mix 2 tbsp Dijon mustard,
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
And garlic powder to taste until creamed.
Dredge chops in dry ranch mix
Then grated parmesan cheese
Bake at 350° for 35 mins.
These flavors really lend well to the others. And you can do this over a bed of noodles just the same.
This time I shopped at Aldi. I did buy yogurts at Giant Eagle (for $2, not pictured but figured into the $27). Here’s the weekly haul:
