Gluten free Pittsburgh Steak Salad

All good Pittsburghers know that you top a steak salad with fries. Steak fries sometimes come with skins when they’re fresh cut. So what can be used as a substitute? Polenta steak fries!

Simply preheat oven to 450°… then cut a tube of polenta in half then in half length wise. Then slice thick strips like fries. Add to an already sprayed cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt, garlic powder, and basil or oregano to season. Bake for 30 minutes. Add to your steak salad and enjoy!
