Grilled BBQ Chicken Hawaiian Pizza

Note: The toppings can be cut way back. We loaded these. Mile high pizza!

Ingredients:
2 pizza shells (not frozen)
2 large chicken breasts, cooked in a pan with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 orange pepper, diced
1 white onion, diced
1 c shredded mozzarella
1 c shredded Kerrygold cheese
1/2 bottle Honey BBQ sauce, Sweet Baby Rays plus up to 1/4 c water

Directions:
Preheat grill
Put BBQ sauce in a small pot with water to make it a thinner consistency.
Meanwhile, dice vegetables.

Shred Kerrygold cheese.

Then dice and season chicken. Add to preheated pan over medium heat. Add garlic (1/4 tbsp) and cook through.

Next add drained pineapple to the pan with chicken. Bring to a boil and cook 5-7 minutes to incorporate juices and let excess juice evaporate.

Brush grill with olive oil. And then brush bottom side of pizza shell. Place on grill and brush top side of shell. Cook about 5 minutes then flip.
As soon as shell is flipped add BBQ sauce, then chicken/ pineapple mix, vegetables, and cheese.

Close lid and cook for about 5 minutes.
Shut off grill and let sit in hot grill until cheese is melted.
