Cajun Ranch Chicken and Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients for chicken:
1 lb chicken (I used 2 large breasts)
1 packet dry ranch mix
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Thaw and rinse chicken. Pat dry and rub dry coating on both sides of chicken.
Grill each side for approximately 8 minutes.

Ingredients for potatoes:
Cut 1 cup potatoes into cubes
Put in foil packet to grill
Drizzle with olive oil and 1/2 cap of apple cider vinegar
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Rosemary
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Cook on grill until tender. About 20 minutes.

Honey Mustard BBQ Dressing:
1 tbsp Honey BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Honey Mustard
Mix well.
