Honey Tumeric Chicken and Peach Salsa

2 servings prepared brown rice
1 lb chicken breast (2 large)

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Marinade chicken 1-2 hours in a bag in the refrigerator.

Grill or bake chicken at 375° for 20-25 mins.

1 can peaches diced (drained)
1/4 c red pepper, diced
1/4 c shallots, diced
Cilantro to taste

Serve over bed of brown rice
