This type of smoothie has become my personal favorite. I find myself making green smoothies just as much as my chocolate covered banana smoothies.
Add these in this order…
1 medium banana
A little less than 1 c vanilla almond milk
1 c vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp apricot preserves with added fiber
2 c organic baby spinach
Make sure you keep the almond milk on hand to add more if you need to help it liquefy more.
It is sweet and thick like a milkshake. But it’s good for you!
