1 bag tater tots
1 bag shredded cheddar
1/2 lb ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 jar queso dip
1 tbsp taco seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°
In a skillet brown meat with onion and taco seasoning.
Once meat is brown, stir in cream of chicken soup and half can queso.
Next, spray the bottom of a 13×9 baking dish and make a single layer of tater tots.
Pour meat mixture on top.
Add remaining tater tots and enough shredded cheese to cover the top.
Bake for 25-30 mins until all cheese is melted.
Serve warm. This makes enough for 6-8 people.
