You will need a pitcher you can put in the refrigerator. I use a skinny one so I can store it on the door.
Grab: whole cinnamon sticks
Apple cider vinegar
Add your whole cinnamon sticks to the pitcher.
Slice the apples into thin slices, skin on.
(Deseed and core)
Add both apples
Then add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Simply fill the pitcher with filtered water and refrigerate.
Let the components marry for at least a few hours or overnight to extract all the vitamins and nutrients from the apples and cinnamon sticks.

This typically lasts 3-7 days in the fridge. Be aware that when the water looks murky or all the apples are sinking…that it’s probably time to pitch it!
